SHOW SIZES EXPLAINED

  • Basic Show

consists of  our high quality sound system, Front screens & heavy duty lighting stand with T bar & at least 5 intelligent lights

(Please note that even though we call this our basic show it is better than most of our competitors main show!) (recommended for functions with up to 50 guests)

  • Regular Show 

as above but with a 4m wide light show mounted on heavy duty trilight bridge gantry with at least 10 intelligent lights, 

(this is our most popular size show recommended for functions with between 50 and 100 guests)

  • Deluxe Show

as Regular show but 6m wide light show mounted on a heavy duty trilight bridge gantry with at least 2 lasers, 4ft UVs, a Super star Strobe and at least 12 intelligent lights 

(Very large show but not our largest. Recommended for functions with 100 to 250 guests)

  • Custom Show 

What ever size or amount of equipment you want, we can design a bespoke show to fit any size venue from as small as your front room to as large as a Stadium and anything in between no job too big or too small.

Custom shows are ideal for Sporting events and Trade shows, or any event that requires sound and lighting that is different from a straight forward mobile disco. Prices will be worked out on a per job basis!

( For events with over 250 people we have a vast amount of Equipment at our disposal and many business link partners to enable us to offer a sound & light show of rock concert proportions)

The Prices above are for any time of the year that is not listed on the peek season price guide below! and are based on bookings of up to 6 hours ending no later than 1am please phone for prices if you require us to finish later than 1am.  Set up and take down time is included in our prices subject to it taking less than one hour to set up, and the venue having reasonably easy access to the set up area please be aware that if you do not tell us about any access restrictions such as stairs and no close parking etc the extra time it takes us to set up will be added to the final bill. We are happy to meet you at the venue prior to the function date to help assess access ect.

Our kids Party's are aimed at children under 12 year's old! For Teenagers Parties see the above rates.

Please note this is a mobile Disco service we are there only to entertain the children, Please make sure there are plenty of adults attending to supervise the children.

*Please note that some floor surfaces can become very slippery with the use of bubbles we reserve the right to take the bubble machine out of use if we feel it would be unsafe to use. The Bubble machine is a Free addition to the package therefore no refund or part refund will be given if we have to remove it from use.

 

Terms & Conditions

All Prices are based on venue location being within a 25 mile radius of Southampton if outside 25 miles traveling expense's will be charged at 50p per mile "UK mainland only" & only if needed the cost of over night accommodation and any parking charges or road tolls will be added. Outside UK mainland ferry charges or flights will also be added at cost price. All Prices correct at time of publishing! We reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice to reflect inflation and current market trends to remain competitive. all bookings are subject to a non refundable minimum deposit of 20% of the total booking fee. Full payment of the balance must be made no later than the day of the function if paying by cash or ten days in advance if paying by check. please add 5% to the booking charge to cover bank charges if paying by cheque. Payments can be made by direct bank transfer please phone 07403 179 550 for account details.  

Cancellations will be charged for at full value of the booking if canceling giving less than 6 weeks notice & we are unable to replace your booking with a new booking. cancellations with over six weeks notice in advance are only subject to us retaining your deposit. (We will at our discretion accept smaller deposits from vary regular customers and we may also offer discounts for block bookings.).

Should we be unable to supply you with any service for any reason out of our control We reserve the right to replace any service booked with us for an equivalent or better service at no extra cost to you, if in the very unlikely event that we are unable to do this we will offer a full refund of any monies paid to us for that service. (please note to date this has never been necessary as we have never let anyone down ever!) 

You agree to supply an adequate uninterrupted supply of electricity, usually two twin 13amp 240v mains power sockets will be sufficient more power may be needed for our larger shows please consult us for our power requirements

You agree to supply adequate weather proof shelter for our equipment and toilet and washroom facilities for our crew.

Please inform us in advance of your booking date if there will not be easy access to refreshments for our crew so that we can arrange to bring our own refreshments.

You agree to inform us at the time of booking and before we give you any quotation of any restrictions of access to the venue eg. large flights of stairs, long corridors, no close parking etc. any restrictions to the use of our equipment eg. decibel meters that cut the power if decibels are exceeded. restrictions on the use of lasers, Fog, Haze and bubble machines or any other equipment.  We can not be held responsible if any problems are caused by us using such equipment if you fail to tell us about such restrictions if you are not sure please consult the venue owners and phone us for advice please note there may be extra charges if access is very difficult and we need more staff to get the equipment in etc.
